General Laborers for Spray and Fireproofing

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to join our team in Philadelphia for upcoming construction and project work. As a General Laborer, you will play an integral role in supporting the team with a variety of physical tasks, from site preparation to assisting skilled workers. This role offers a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and work on a diverse set of tasks in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and supplies.
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, digging, and lifting.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Assist skilled workers with on-site duties as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines on all projects.
• Work alongside a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred (or willing to obtain).
